1. About Us

These terms and conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Deep Carpet Cleaning West London ("we", "us", "our") to customers ("you", "the customer") in West London and surrounding areas. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition or size of the area to be cleaned differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking.

A booking is confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

We will provide a written or verbal quote before commencing any work. No additional charges will be applied without your prior agreement.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours' notice: No charge. You may reschedule free of charge.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price may apply.
  • No-show or access denied on the day: The full quoted price may be charged.

To cancel or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible on 020 3888 9999.

4. Access & Preparation

You agree to ensure that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned at the agreed appointment time. Please ensure that:

  • Fragile, valuable or sentimental items are removed from the areas to be cleaned prior to our arrival
  • Pets are secured away from the working area for their safety and that of our technicians
  • Parking is reasonably available near your property for our vehicle and equipment

Our technicians will assist with moving standard furniture where safe to do so. We are not liable for damage to items that were not disclosed or that could not reasonably be moved.

5. Our Service

We will carry out all cleaning services with reasonable care and skill using professional-grade, eco-friendly equipment and solutions appropriate to the surface being cleaned.

Whilst we will make every effort to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, marks or damage that pre-existed our visit. We will always advise you honestly before commencing work if we believe a stain may not be fully removable.

Drying times vary depending on the type of surface, ambient temperature and ventilation. We recommend keeping the cleaned area well-ventilated and avoiding heavy foot traffic for at least 2–4 hours after cleaning.

6. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. In the unlikely event that our technicians cause damage to your property during a service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear or deterioration to carpets, rugs, upholstery or floors
  • Damage caused by items that were not disclosed to us prior to cleaning
  • Indirect or consequential losses of any kind
  • Shrinkage or colour change in carpets or fabrics with undisclosed pre-existing conditions

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit card and major credit cards.

For larger commercial jobs, payment terms may be agreed in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

8. Complaints

We take customer satisfaction seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment so we can address your concern promptly.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
